The course offered to your attention is a set of necessary legal competencies that will allow you not only to easily navigate the Estonian corporate legislation, but will also give you a professional understanding of how to choose and independently register a particular form of business, obtain a license, apply for support measures to start or develop your business, as well as minimize the risks and financial losses associated with underestimating or ignoring legal requirements.
The course volume is 40 akad. hours, of which 28 akad. hours are classroom work and 12 akad. hours are practical and independent work.
