Knowledge of labor law is the key to success in your professional future! During this course, you will receive an up-to-date set of professional competencies in the field of labor relations regulation, including not only knowledge of the basics of Estonian labor law, but also the ability to effectively apply them in practice – during the recruitment of personnel, development and implementation of local legal acts (conclusion of employment contracts), keeping records of working hours and rest time. This approach will allow you not only to avoid violation of labor legislation, but also minimize the risks of possible labor disputes.
The scope of the course is 40 akad. hours, of which 28 akad. hours are classroom work and 12 akad. hours are practical and independent work.
