Svetlana Koroljova

Director and founder of the Center for social Initiative of Integration, is a permanent project manager.

She graduated from the Faculty of Philology of Tartu State University, specializing in Russian language and literature. She has taught Russian and Estonian at school to children, and taught the state language to adults in order to obtain citizenship.

Angela Melikhova

PhD, practicing lawyer, level 6 adult educator (andragog), specialist in Estonian labor, social and corporate law with 20 years of experience. She actively combines her practical work with pedagogical and scientific work in a number of Estonian higher education institutions. Since 2002, as a guest lecturer, she has been teaching courses of additional professional training for adults (business organization and management; personnel management (labour law); training of social specialists).
