{"id":20078,"date":"2023-12-21T15:26:37","date_gmt":"2023-12-21T15:26:37","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/uus.sici.ee\/2023\/12\/21\/eesti-keel\/"},"modified":"2024-01-29T19:16:17","modified_gmt":"2024-01-29T19:16:17","slug":"eesti-keel","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/sici.ee\/en\/eesti-keel\/","title":{"rendered":"Estonian language"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"wpb-content-wrapper\"><p>[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]<strong>Pursuant to the decree of the Chancellor of the Ministry of Education and Research of 26.09.2016 No.1.1-3\/16\/183, the NGO Integratsiooni \u00dchiskondlikule Algatuskeskus has been issued a licence to conduct in-service training in preparation for the Estonian language level examination.<\/strong>[\/vc_column_text]\r\n\t<div class=\"edukul-spacer clearfix\" data-desktop=\"30\" data-mobi=\"30\" data-smobi=\"30\"><\/div>[\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_tta_tabs style=&#8221;modern&#8221; color=&#8221;sky&#8221; active_section=&#8221;1&#8243; no_fill_content_area=&#8221;true&#8221;][vc_tta_section title=&#8221;Information&#8221; tab_id=&#8221;1703099892281-2ea63f23-7f9364dd-40c4f2de-62ab&#8221;][vc_column_text]<strong>ESTISH LANGUAGE LEARNING PROGRAMMES FOR NON-GENERIAN LANGUAGE LEARNERS<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Group:<span> <\/span><\/strong>foreign languages and cultures<\/p>\n<p><strong>Basis for the preparation of the syllabus:<span> <\/span><\/strong>European Framework for Language Learning.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Total course content and structure:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Three different levels (A2,B1,B2)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>By the end of each course, the learner will have reached the language level &#8211; A2 or B1,B2 &#8211; corresponding to the language proficiency levels of the European Framework of Reference for Languages, and will be able to express him\/herself in both written and spoken language.<\/p>\n<p>One lesson lasts 45 minutes. One course (contact teaching) will be based on the training programme plus ongoing independent work for homework.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Target group and conditions for enrolment<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>The Estonian language courses are designed for native speakers of Russian who wish to start learning or develop their language skills in the language.<\/p>\n<p>Admission is on the basis of applications. Those registering for the course will be interviewed and, if necessary, tested.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Learning environment<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>The training activities will take place in premises suitable for the purpose and meeting the health and safety requirements at Vilisuu 7, Tallinn, 2nd floor. There are three classrooms with the necessary modern technical equipment (projectors, laptop, video and audio equipment, reproduction machine) for adult training. The classrooms are equipped with comfortable desks and chairs, which can be rearranged according to the needs of the training, and three staff offices.<\/p>\n<p>The premises, with a total surface area of 136 m<sup>2<\/sup><span> <\/span>are located at Vilisuu 7, Tallinn, 2nd floor. The size of the classroom is chosen according to the size of the group. The size of the study group can be 8-12 people.<\/p>\n<p>All classrooms have free wireless internet access.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Learning methods.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Lectures, seminars, group work, tests, written and oral assignments, presentations, role plays. Attention will be paid to the development of reading, listening, writing and speaking skills. Practical exercises will be based on the day-to-day needs of the organisation. Grammar acquisition is mainly lexical (words are learnt in compounds, expressions).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Conditions and documents to be issued.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1) A certificate of attendance or of completion of continuing training is issued to a person if the learning outcomes required for partial completion have not been met. In order to obtain the certificate, the work carried out is assessed on a rolling basis during the period of study. The learner must attend at least 60% of the training hours, complete the homework on an ongoing basis and take part in the control tests during the learning period.<\/p>\n<p>2) To obtain the certificate, the work carried out is assessed on a rolling basis during the period of study and in the mock examination. The certificate is a document certifying the completion of the continuing training and is issued to the learner on completion of the assessment of the work in progress, attendance of at least 70% of the lessons, completion of the homework in progress, completion of the control tests and passing the mock examination (with a score of at least 60%) at the instructor&#8217;s premises.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Description of the qualification, study or work experience of the trainer, ensuring the competence of the trainer.<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Trainers have a higher education, long experience in teaching Estonian and preparing for examinations.
