Group: <\/span><\/strong>foreign languages and cultures<\/p>\n

Basis for the preparation of the syllabus: <\/span><\/strong>European Framework for Language Learning.<\/p>\n

Total course content and structure:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Three different levels (A2,B1,B2)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

By the end of each course, the learner will have reached the language level – A2 or B1,B2 – corresponding to the language proficiency levels of the European Framework of Reference for Languages, and will be able to express him\/herself in both written and spoken language.<\/p>\n

One lesson lasts 45 minutes. One course (contact teaching) will be based on the training programme plus ongoing independent work for homework.<\/p>\n

Target group and conditions for enrolment<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The Estonian language courses are designed for native speakers of Russian who wish to start learning or develop their language skills in the language.<\/p>\n

Admission is on the basis of applications. Those registering for the course will be interviewed and, if necessary, tested.<\/p>\n

Learning environment<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The training activities will take place in premises suitable for the purpose and meeting the health and safety requirements at Vilisuu 7, Tallinn, 2nd floor. There are three classrooms with the necessary modern technical equipment (projectors, laptop, video and audio equipment, reproduction machine) for adult training. The classrooms are equipped with comfortable desks and chairs, which can be rearranged according to the needs of the training, and three staff offices.<\/p>\n

The premises, with a total surface area of 136 m2<\/sup> <\/span>are located at Vilisuu 7, Tallinn, 2nd floor. The size of the classroom is chosen according to the size of the group. The size of the study group can be 8-12 people.<\/p>\n

All classrooms have free wireless internet access.<\/p>\n

Learning methods.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Lectures, seminars, group work, tests, written and oral assignments, presentations, role plays. Attention will be paid to the development of reading, listening, writing and speaking skills. Practical exercises will be based on the day-to-day needs of the organisation. Grammar acquisition is mainly lexical (words are learnt in compounds, expressions).<\/p>\n

Conditions and documents to be issued.<\/strong><\/p>\n

1) A certificate of attendance or of completion of continuing training is issued to a person if the learning outcomes required for partial completion have not been met. In order to obtain the certificate, the work carried out is assessed on a rolling basis during the period of study. The learner must attend at least 60% of the training hours, complete the homework on an ongoing basis and take part in the control tests during the learning period.<\/p>\n

2) To obtain the certificate, the work carried out is assessed on a rolling basis during the period of study and in the mock examination. The certificate is a document certifying the completion of the continuing training and is issued to the learner on completion of the assessment of the work in progress, attendance of at least 70% of the lessons, completion of the homework in progress, completion of the control tests and passing the mock examination (with a score of at least 60%) at the instructor’s premises.<\/p>\n

Description of the qualification, study or work experience of the trainer, ensuring the competence of the trainer.<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Trainers have a higher education, long experience in teaching Estonian and preparing for examinations.       Objective:<\/strong> <\/span>By the end of the training, the trainee will be motivated and have the necessary language skills to pass the Estonian language exam at level A2.<\/p>\n

      2.Total length of the course:<\/strong><\/p>\n

      The total duration of the course is 220 hours, including. The total number of hours for a beginner level learner is 220 hours.<\/p>\n

      3.Content of the curriculum:<\/strong> 160 hours of language learning.<\/p>\n

      A2 Primary language skills:<\/strong> 160 hours in total.<\/p>\n

      <\/strong>1)<\/strong> <\/span>Introduction:<\/strong> <\/span>(greetings, polite expressions) Introduction and familiarisation (personal pronouns). Origin, nationality, languages, citizenship (interrogatives, present). Contact details (adjectives). Family status and family members, relatives and friends (phonetics, pronunciation) (occupation, age, appearance, clothes, colours, character) (gender differences).<\/strong><\/p>\n

      2) Everyday life, home and place of residence: <\/span><\/strong>Place of residence (location, transport, district), (singular distinctive). House, purpose of the premises (staggered). Apartment (rent, taxes, prices of services, amenities), (participles). Furniture, household appliances, household utensils (subjunctive). Inviting guests, receiving guests, greetings, congratulations (subjunctive). Homework (short form).<\/p>\n

      3) Education:<\/strong>Education (subjects, teachers, homework). Life vocations and choice of studies (plural nominative). Further education, choice of profession (plural). Necessity of learning languages and computers (past). Vocational schools.<\/p>\n

      4) Occupation, profession and work: <\/span><\/strong>Names of occupations and related activities (nominative as object of the nominative). Workplace, job duties, working conditions, work equipment, (imperative) salary, holidays, collective (present and present participles). Daily schedule (interrogative subjunctive). Looking for a job. Interview with employer.<\/p>\n

      5) Service: <\/span><\/strong>Information about the service, location, opening hours (asking pronouns and their translations). Service establishments (hairdresser, beauty salon, atelier, etc.). Breakdown and repair work (hiring a handyman). Cafe, bar, restaurant (conditional pronunciation). Payment options (cash, bank transfer or bank card), (adjectives). Bank and banking services (deposits, payments, loans, internet banking).<\/p>\n

      6) Wellbeing, health and well-being: <\/span><\/strong>The human body and body parts (adjective comparatives). Diseases, accidents (adjective comparatives). Ambulance, medical emergency. Taking medicines. Pharmacy (getting information). Health centre (specialised doctors, registering for medical appointments) <\/span> <\/strong>.<\/p>\n

      7) Leisure, hobbies and entertainment: <\/span><\/strong>Cinema, TV and videos (introspective, subsubscript, extra-script, companion). Theatre, concerts, exhibitions, museums. Health sports. Television and radio programmes. Friends and acquaintances (birthdays, anniversaries and holidays). Interests, cultural interests, hobbies. Media: newspapers, magazines, radio, TV, computer.<\/p>\n

      8) Shopping, prices: <\/span><\/strong>Commerce and shopping, shops and market (singular and plural adjective, singular possessive, adjective comparatives). Choosing goods (food, consumer goods). Situations: buyer-seller dialogue. Buying places (opening hours, prices). Advertising and consumption. Price and quality .       9) Food and drink: <\/span><\/strong>Food (meat, fish, dairy products, vegetables, fruit and berries, etc.), (plural pronoun, plural participle, plural participle).       Independent work includes: acquisition of the material outside the lecture, homework according to the tasks given by the lecturer , preparation for the auditorium work.<\/p>\n

                      3.Entry requirements:<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

                      At least A2 level in Estonian. Persons who have completed A2 level training or passed the A2 level examination (A2 level certificate passed by Innoves SA), or whose language proficiency corresponds to A2 level and who wish to continue their Estonian language studies in order to pass the B1 level examination. The level will be checked by an oral interview with the training company and by a written test in Estonian.<\/p>\n

                      4.Total duration of the course:<\/strong><\/p>\n

                      The total duration of the language course at level B1 is 260 hours, including. The total number of hours for the language learner is 260 hours, including 180 hours of classroom work and 80 hours of independent work.<\/p>\n

                      2) Everyday life, home and place of residence:<\/strong> <\/span>Location, layout, furnishings. Maintenance, conditions and cost. Information on conditions of purchase, sale and rent and other services. Descriptions of properties for sale and rent. Renovation and maintenance. Housekeeping and household chores. Family budget.<\/p>\n

                      3) Education:<\/strong> <\/span>Education and schooling. Education system and learning opportunities. Further education, continuing studies abroad. Language and computer learning. Retraining (application, CV, letter of motivation, mandate, etc.).<\/p>\n

                      4) Career, occupation and work: <\/span><\/strong>Job, duties, working conditions, tools, salary, staff. Job search. Written job advertisements. Interview with the employer. Documentation related to employment. Problems at work and how to solve them. A working day or an incident in it.<\/p>\n

                      5) Service:<\/strong> <\/span>Describing the service, explaining the method of payment and the terms of payment. Labels, signs, advertisements. Use of service and emergency numbers. Payment options (cash, transfer or bank card). Bank and banking services (deposits, payments, loans, internet banking). Insurance.<\/p>\n

                      9) Food and drink:<\/strong> <\/span>Catering facilities (menus, ordering, including via Internet, organisation of events). Cuisines of different nations, recipes.                         2.Eesm\u00e4rk:<\/strong>\u00a0<\/span>koolituse l\u00f5puks on koolitatav motiveeritud ja omab vajalikku keeleoskust eesti keele eksami tasemel B2 sooritamiseks.<\/p>\n

                        3.\u00d5pingute alustamise tingimused:<\/strong><\/p>\n

                        Eesti keele oskus v\u00e4hemalt B1-tasemel. Isikud, kes on l\u00e4binud B1-taseme koolituse v\u00f5i sooritanud B1-taseme eksami (SA Innoves sooritatud B1- taseme tunnistus), v\u00f5i kelle keeleoskus vastab B1-tasemele ja kes soovivad j\u00e4tkata eesti keele \u00f5pinguid B2-taseme eksami sooritamiseks. Tasemele vastavust kontrollitakse koolitusfirma suulisel vestlusel ja eesti keele kirjaliku testi tegemisega.<\/p>\n
